Where can I look at the history of the workflows in Cflow?

In Cflow, every action taken on a request is tracked and logged. The History section provides a complete audit trail of all changes made to a request, ensuring transparency and accountability.

How to View History in Cflow:

  • Go to the left menu and click on History.

– In the Cflow History page, select the appropriate Workflow from the dropdown.
– Enter the Record ID (auto-generated serial number for each request when initiated).
– Click on the Get History button to fetch the audit details.

Once retrieved, you will see a list of fields, showing:

  • The Old Value before the update
  • The Updated Value
  • The Field that was modified
  • The User who made the change and the timestamp of the update

This feature allows Admins and users to monitor changes across stages such as Initiator, Finance Review, Manager Review, etc., ensuring a clear overview of the request’s lifecycle.
