How do I delete a request in a workflow?

Follow these steps to delete a request in a workflow:

 

Step 1: Navigate to Workflow Setup
From the Dashboard, click on “Workflow Setup” in the left panel to access your list of workflows.

Step 2: Select the Workflow
Click on the name of the workflow in which the request exists. This will open the workflow diagram.

 

Step 3: Click the Initiator Step
In the workflow diagram, click on the box labeled “Initiator.”

 

Step 4: Enable Delete Control

After selecting the Initiator step:

  • On the right-hand side, scroll down to locate the toggle labeled “Delete Control.”
  • Turn this toggle ON.
  • Click “Save” at the bottom of the panel.
Step 5: Open the ‘Workflows’ Page
Return to the main menu and click on “Workflows” in the left panel (outside of Setup).
Step 6: Select the Request ID
Locate the Request ID you wish to delete and click on the ‘Delete button’ to permanently delete the request.
Note: Once a request is deleted, it cannot be retrieved. Please ensure you’re deleting the correct request.
