How can I approve a workflow request?

You can review and approve a workflow request in the following ways:

1- When a request is submitted for approval, notifications will appear on the Cflow dashboard. You can click on the request to review the record and take action right away from the Cflow Web application.
2-Decisions can be made immediately on pending requests when you are on the go for from the Cflow mobile app. Make sure that notifications are enabled in the device settings in your Cflow app to receive push notifications.
3- Whenever a request is submitted for approval from Cflow, an email notification will appear in your inbox based on email configuration in Cflow. In certain cases where you need to take immediate action, you can respond via email. Ensure that status values are the same as mentioned in Approver Fields in Cflow. If your workflow has the following status values – Approved, Rejected then specify either one of the values. You can add comments on the request as required.
4- Follow the below mentioned steps to take action on the request via email:
– Click on the approve or rejected button in the email to respond the request according to your business need.
– After clicking on the status , you can view the request details by clicking on the Cflow link provided in the email and add comments if you wish to, and submit the request .
5- The request will move to the next stage according to the configured rules.

Follow the below mentioned steps to take action on the request via email:

  • Click on the reply icon from your email for the request which has been submitted to you for approval.
  • Specify the value – Approved/Rejected.
  • Press Enter key in the keyboard and this will move the cursor to the subsequent line. In the next line, you can add comments.
