How can I add users in Cflow?

A user in Cflow is someone who can log in, initiate workflow requests, review submitted forms, or access reports. Only users with Admin privileges can add or manage users in the system.

Follow the steps below to add a user to your Cflow account:

Step 1: Navigate to Admin → Users

From the left navigation panel, click on Admin, then go to the Users tab.

Click on the “Add Users” button at the top-right corner of the screen.

Step 2: Fill Out User Details

A popup form titled User Details will appear. Enter the following required information:

  • Name: Full name of the user
  • Department: Optional field to organize users by department
  • Email: User’s official email address
  • Login ID: Unique ID used to log in
  • Password: Enter a password following your company’s password policy
  • Employee Number: Internal employee reference
  • Role: Select the role to define what access the user will have
  • WhatsApp Number (Optional): For communication via WhatsApp
  • Default Language: Choose the preferred language of the user interface

  • After entering all the details, click on the ‘Save’ button. The new user will be added to your Cflow account.
