Can I track the changes to the status for a process stage?

Yes, you can view the status changes, such as approvals, rejections, recalls, and resets, for each stage of a request. Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the Workflows section from the Dashboard.
  2. Select the workflow you want to monitor.
  3. Click on the Request ID for which you want to view status history.
  4. Click on the Approvals option to view the details of the request.
