API Activity Monitor

The API Activity Monitor in Cflow helps admin users track the usage and behavior of APIs within the system. It captures detailed information on each API interaction, offering insights into performance, usage, and errors.

Where to Find the API Activity Monitor in Cflow

  • Log in to Cflow with an Admin account.
  • From the left-hand navigation panel, scroll down the main menu.
  • Locate and click on the “API Activity Monitor” option directly listed in the sidebar.
  • This will open the API Activity Monitor interface, where activity logs are displayed.

What the API Activity Monitor Does

  • Tracks API Usage: Monitors how APIs are used within Cflow.
  • Captures Interactions: Records requests, responses, endpoints, headers, and metadata.
  • Provides Insights: Helps identify performance issues, usage patterns, errors, and security vulnerabilities.
  • Logs Parameters: Captures input parameters (like request data or payload).
  • Captures output parameters (like response data from the API).
  • Date & Time Tracking: Records when each API call was made.
  • Success/Failure Status: Indicates whether the API call was successful or failed.

Who Can Access It

  • Only users with Admin privileges in Cflow can view or access the API Activity Monitor.
  • If you do not see this option, ensure your user role has the required access permissions.
