Cflow allows you to export workflow data directly into Excel spreadsheets using the Excel Export feature. Follow the steps below to set this up and perform the export.
- Navigate to Workflow Setup from the left menu.
- Select the workflow you want to export data from (e.g., Expense Report).
- Once inside the workflow, go to the Advanced tab.
- From the left menu under Advanced, click on Import / Export.
- Choose the Initiator stage (Excel Export can be configured only at this stage).
- Select the Excel Export tab at the top of the screen.
- Toggle Excel Export to ON.
- Click Select All to export all fields or enable only the specific fields you want to export.
- Click the Save button in the bottom-right corner to save your configuration.
Once this is done, an Excel Export icon will appear in the Stage Inbox screen.
To Export Data to Excel:
- Go to the Workflows menu and open the desired workflow (e.g., Expense Report).
- In the top-right of the Stage Inbox, click the Excel Export icon.
- This will download the selected field data as an Excel file.
