To configure automated email notifications based on rule actions, follow the steps below:
- To set up and customize email alerts in your workflow:
- Go to the Workflow Setup from the left menu on the dashboard.
- Select the workflow you wish to modify (e.g., Expense Report).
- Click the Automation tab.
- Choose the stage and click the Edit Rule icon for the relevant rule.
- Click Add Actions and select the Email option.
- Use the configuration window to customize all details, including recipients, subject, content, and attachments.
