How do I customize the email notifications?

To configure automated email notifications based on rule actions, follow the steps below:

  • To set up and customize email alerts in your workflow:
  • Go to the Workflow Setup from the left menu on the dashboard.
  • Select the workflow you wish to modify (e.g., Expense Report).

  • Click the Automation tab.
  • Choose the stage and click the Edit Rule icon for the relevant rule.

  • Click Add Actions and select the Email option.

  • Use the configuration window to customize all details, including recipients, subject, content, and attachments.
