The Clone feature creates an identical copy of a request and is saved as a draft. This is useful especially for long forms that have a number of fields to be filled in. In such a case, you can create a clone of a request and modify just the field values that are different, thereby reducing the time for data entry and eliminating errors.
- Click on a workflow request to view its details.
- Tap the three dots next to the request you wish to clone.
- Select the Clone option to clone the request.
