Can I create a new role from Cflow mobile application?
Yes, you can now create a new role from Cflow mobile app. Only the users who has been assigned in an Admin role has access to admin related settings. In Cflow mobile app, Admin can add users and create a new role.
A particular position or status of a person in an organization is known as a role. Ex: Manager, Admin, Sales Executive. Users can be assigned to a role in the Users settings. One user can be assigned to multiple roles and one role can be assigned to multiple users.
Click on the menu icon at the top left -> Roles.
Click on Roles, a list of all the roles in your Cflow account is shown here. Click on Add Role at the top right and enter the name of the role to create a new role.
Click on the delete icon to delete the role.
Note: Ensure that the role is not assigned in a review role in any of the stages in a workflow. Reassign the reviewer for the stage before deleting the role.
