Can I create a new role from Cflow mobile application?

Yes, you can now create a new role from the Cflow mobile app. Only the users who have been assigned an Admin role have access to admin-related settings. In the Cflow mobile app, Admins can add users and create new roles.

A particular position or status of a person in an organization is known as a role.
Example: Manager, Admin, Sales Executive.

Users can be assigned to a role in the Users settings. One user can be assigned to multiple roles, and one role can be assigned to multiple users.

To create a new role from the Cflow mobile app, follow the steps below:

1- Click on the menu icon at the top left → Roles.


When you click on Roles, a list of all the roles in your Cflow account will be displayed. Click on Add Role at the bottom right and enter the name of the role to create a new one.

If you want to delete a role, click on the Delete icon.

Note: Ensure that the role is not assigned as a reviewer in any of the stages in a workflow. Reassign the reviewer for that stage before deleting the role.
