A password policy is a set of rules designed to enhance login security in Cflow. Its main purpose is to enforce the creation of strong, secure passwords and to align with your organization’s internal security standards.
To configure the password policy:
- Navigate to Admin → Security Settings.
- In the “Password Policy” section, you can:
- Set password length: Drag the sliders to define the minimum and maximum password length.
- Enforce character requirements: Check the boxes to make alphabets, numbers, and special characters mandatory in user passwords.
- Limit login attempts: Use the slider to set the maximum number of allowed login attempts. If a user exceeds this limit, their Cflow login will be automatically locked for security.
