User Analytics help you to analyze and track the performance of the users in a workflow. The performance of the user is based on the average time taken for approvals. The User Analytics displays the count of users, whose approval time falls into one of the three buckets – less than 48 hours, 48 – 120 hours, more than 120 hours.
In order to view the user analytics, Select Admin -> Analytics.
Click on the User Analytics
For example, click on the bar to drill down and view the users who have approved between 48 hours – 120 hours.
The bar displays the users whose average approval time is between 48 hours – 120 hours
Click on the user bar to see the workflows the user is involved in and the average approval time in each workflow.
