Tracking can be done with the date for the request submitted, approved and so on. Configuring date format is important as it is followed in all your activities in Cflow such as workflows, reports as well as the import functions.
From Admin -> General Settings.
Click on Date Format.
You can select the date format from the following options used in your country.
The below screenshot illustrates the date format in a workflow as configured in settings.
