What is the Grouped Notification Widget?

The Grouped Notification Widget is a dashboard component that consolidates notifications across all workflows. It organises them first by workflow, and then by stage, giving users a structured view of outstanding requests.

Key Features

1. Workflow-wise Notification Listing

All notifications from different workflows are displayed within a single widget. Each workflow appears as a separate expandable section.

2. Stage-level Grouping
Inside each workflow, notifications are grouped by stage. Users can expand or collapse each stage to view the related pending items.

3. Search within Stages
A search bar inside each stage allows users to quickly locate specific requests, reference numbers, or notification details.

How to Use the Grouped Notification Widget

Step 1: Open Dashboard
Navigate to your dashboard where widgets are displayed.

Step 2: Click Edit Dashboard and Add the Widget
1. Click Edit Dashboard and Click Add Widget.
2. Select Grouped Notification from the widget list.

Step 3: View Workflow Groups
Each workflow with pending notifications appears as a header row.
Click the workflow name to expand it.

Step 4: Expand Stages
Inside the workflow, each stage is listed with its pending notifications count.
Click a stage to view detailed items.

Step 5: Search Within a Stage
