Create a list of public federal holidays observed in your organization. This configuration helps track request due dates and monitor approver performance.
Navigate to Admin > General Settings
- From the left-hand menu, click on Admin.
- In the top menu bar, click on the “General Settings” tab.
- You will now see the Holiday Calendar section on the screen.
- Click on the “+ Add Holiday” Button\
- Select the date and specify the name of the holiday.
As shown in the screenshot below, the holiday “Christmas – 12/25/2023” has been added.
After making updates, click the “Save Changes” button located at the bottom-right corner of the screen to apply your configuration.
