Tracking is based on the date when a request is submitted, approved, and so on. Configuring the date format is important, as it applies to all activities in Cflow, including workflows, reports, and import functions.
Navigate to the Date Format Settings
- Go to the left-hand menu and click on Admin.
- From the top navigation, select the General Settings tab.
- Scroll to the section labeled “Date Format”
In the Date Format section, two radio button options are available:
- DD/MM/YYYY – Commonly used in Europe, Asia, and many other regions
- MM/DD/YYYY – Commonly used in the United States
After selecting your preferred format, click the “Save Changes” button located at the bottom right of the screen.
