Typically notifications are sent through email, if you would like to send notifications via SMS, click on the Add New Action you can select the action type Send SMS.
Enter the description and specify the recipient number to send the notification content.
- Select Admin -> Workflows.
- Click on a Workflow.
- Select a stage from Workflow Stages. Click on the Rules to configure SMS settings.
