In the dashboard page, it will be useful to see the most important information. Cflow lets you select one field from your form to be displayed in the notifications.
- Select Admin -> Workflows.
- Click on a workflow -> Workflow Properties -> Dashboard display field.
- Select the field from the dropdown list of fields.
For example, In the Task Assignment Process workflow, select Priority as dashboard display field. This field is displayed in the notifications in the dashboard page when the request comes to you for approval. This helps to identify the priority of the task assigned by just looking at the notifications.
